On the trip

We always have two drivers on board for your horse’s and our drivers’ safety. This allows us to switch out drivers along the way, so neither gets too tired and also means we have help available if we need it to load and care for your horse.

We stop every few hours along the way to give the horses a break and check their water and hay, and we make sure all doors and windows are locked before our drivers turn in for the night. We want to ensure your horse travels as safe as possible, so we do our best to follow these guidelines.

Payment Policies

We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and checks. We require half the total deposit when you book your reservation, and the remainder is due upon pickup.

Refund Policies

We will refund you in full if you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled pickup date, minus a $100 processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of pickup, you will get 50% of your deposits. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable, however, can be rescheduled for another time, depending on availability.

Rescheduling Policies

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new dates but cannot guarantee availability. If we are unable to reschedule for your desired time, you will forfeit your deposit.

Right of pictures

We take pictures and videos of the horses in our care while they are being boarded and during their transport to and from the facility. These pictures and videos are used for promotional purposes only and never shared with any third party without the consent of the owner. If you do not want your horse’s picture or video used, please let us know in writing, and we will make sure to exclude your horse from any future promotions.
